L'agence Manpower HAGUENAU GRANDS COMPTES recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Chef comptable H/F.

Notre client, groupe international et leader dans le domaine de la chimie est à la recherche de chefs comptables expérimentés.

Formation : supérieure bac+3 à master en finances.

Connaissances particulières : sap, bilingue anglais, comptabilité américaine ou anglo saxone indispensable.

Under the leadership of a financial accounting manager, the incumbent is responsible for the overall integrity of the legal financial accounting statement preparation for several companies across several european countries.

Key responsibilities :
- produce and ensure integrity of monthly and quarterly financial statements according to us gaap
- overall responsibility for general ledger accounting, coa maintenance, accounts reconciliations
- control vat, intrastat and other vat
- work with other operational functions to warrant completeness and accuracy of accounting records
- assist tax dpt with tax accounting
- work closely with treasury dpt
- participate into project activities as required
- support european or global sub-process activities (reporting, commissions...)

- identify business trends to ensure financial data understanding
- recognize unusual transaction
- ensure proper follow-up in case of accounting changes
