L'agence Manpower internationale recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Chef d'entreprise H/F

Responsibilities:
Management of overall retail banking BU including full P&L responsibility
– Revenue, cost, capital usage
– Staff
Implementation of retail strategy.

Task:
Implementation of Retail strategy:
Translation of BU strategy into departmental strategy in cooperation with department managers
– Identify and launch new products
– Build up channels - direct sales force, branch network and alternative channels
– Build strong retail management team
– Build retail operations and processes
– Specify IT requirements
– Ensure quality of services delivery through all channels (branch, direct sales force, alternative channels)

Management of BAU:
Management of existing customer portfolio
– Running down retail loan with minimal impact

Management &coordination:
Monitoring and high-level coordination with other enabler functions e.G IT
– Development of BU budget in cooperation with CFO
– Development of budgets and targets for each department in cooperation with department managers
– Monitoring and review of department performance and target achievement
– Selection of direct reports and next lower management level
– Build-up of required capabilities and management skills within the divisions

Qualification:
- Experience in retail, banking or non-banking
- Vietnamese preferred, international experience preferred
- Demonstrate ability to deliver P&L and build business
- Strong management and leadership skills
