Manpower SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS recherche pour son client, un SAS Progammer H/F pour une mission de 6 mois au sein d'un laboratoire sur Sophia-Antipolis.
* Poste et missions :
Under the responsibility of the Data Management Manager, the SAS Programmer is responsible for creating and validating final SAS database and provide support to various clinical teams in terms of SAS programming activity.
You will be responsible of:
Ø Produce tables, listings and figures for FDA submission.
Ø Create various CDISC SDTM domain as per SDTM 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 version and also the domain Specs.
Ø Create various SDTM domains such as Vitals, Demographics, Labs, Adverse Event, Concomitant Medication, Inclusion Exclusion criteria, Protocol Deviation.
Ø Performe source coding to create SDTM domains and also performed Quality check on almost all SDTM domains, used PROC COMPARE for QC check. Review and creation of ADaM & SDTM domain specifications according to SDTM 3.1.1 & 3.1.2 version.
Ø Manage standard library of macros for SDTM database creation
Ø Participate to the creation of a pooled environment and produce pooled datasets for safety update reports (DSUR)
Ø Involve Testing and debugging Define.Xml for quality and standards followed according to the SDTM implementation guide, performing check for all active hyperlinks and CRF's.
Ø Create different metadata for final creation of define.Xml like Value level, Variable value level, Controlled Terminology, Table of contents, Schema, Data level Metadata and final creation of Define.Xml document.
Ø Successfully create the code for Define.Xml to make an easy process to create Define.Xml.
Ø Review analysis plans including specifications for table's listings.
Ø Help the statistician with the creation of mock up tables (templates).
Ø Work on creation of Annotated CRF's and also perform the Quality Check of existing CRF.
Ø Experience in Data management tasks like edit checks and Data cleaning
Ø Create ad-hoc reports upon request.
* Profil :
Your are Biostatistics, Statistics, Clinical Programing Master and you have at least five years experience in SAS programming activities.
You have gain an excellent knowledge of CDISC.
Your English is fluent (written/speaking).
Temporary mission: six months
Start-date: January 2012
Located in Sophia-Antipolis.
