Our client, one of the leading brands within their field of luxury products, is currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager. The incumbent will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication.

Job Description:

- Strategically grow the E-Commerce side of the business to increase sales and modernize the Company's image.
- Establish direction and recommendations for the company's corporate website and all other Company's associate sites, insuring consistency throughout.
- Manage the SEO/SEM link exchanges, blogging and all Search Engines to dramatically improve brand visibility and ensure higher rankings.
- Optimize visit number to the site via networking tools (facebook, twitter, blogs).
- Maximize PR visibility and e-commerce both on own website through eg. google ads, links on image-relevant as well as e-commerce websites.
- Initiate programs to increase the existing customer basket and tailor email campaigns to bring them back to the site for purchase. Establish unique and attractive programs to recruit new customers.
- Recommend new and interactive tools and technologies for the site, its navigability and its accessibility (i.e. Iphones and Ipads, other apps).
- Monitor all competition websites to identify and report changes in product offerings, layouts, messages and technologies.
- Insure that all new products, visuals, prices and news on PR activities are incorporated on the sites in a timely basis, following the brand image, and that all old materials are deleted.
- Work with all other members of the marketing team, along with sales and product development to incorporate all pertinent information on the website such as store openings, special events, "the making of" each new collection.
- Develop an Intranet within the site for B2B customers access, allowing the ordering of all promotional tools and guidelines, and providing them with previews of all new collections and collateral.

Profil

Qualifications: University degree with 3+ years experience in Website strategic direction and management, work with external bloggers, customer retention tools and email campaigns. You will be fluent in all major computer (Flash/Flex, xHTML/Ajax, etc.), networking programs (Facebook, Twitter, blogging), and innovative customer reaching campaigns.

You must be extremely creative, curious and passionate about technology, with a strong understanding of the luxury/fashion consumer. Fluent in English.
