Our client, an international company providing high end luxury services, is currently looking for a CFO.

Reporting into the CEO you will have overall responsibility for the financial control of the organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for Legal, IT and Human Resources. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Ensuring that the Board gets financial information that is an accurate and effective record of the Group's performance
- Challenging budgets and forecasts to ensure they are robust
- Working closely with subsidiary companies
- Managing cash and the Group's banking relationships
- Supporting the Group's businesses on commercial and operational matters
- Working with the Group MD to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
- Managing special projects.

Profil

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- The incumbent will have a minimum of 10 years corporate experience
- You will have an Accounting/ Finance degree, probably be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or MBA with a track record of providing successful financial stewardship. Due to the structure of the Group you will need to demonstrate the ability to work within complex environments and influence people at all levels.
- Currently hold a CFO/Finance Director role within a large complex, service, luxury or other product-related business.
- Proven experience and success in the implementation and maintenance of effective business and financial controls and management frameworks.

Languages required: You must be bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
