Le Cabinet de Recrutement Adecco Monaco recherche pour une banque privée de renommée, un(e) Front Office Business Manager, en CDI, à pourvoir rapidement.
Poste
The Business Managers are responsible for the smooth running of the respective locations covering the following:
- Accountable for the locational platform management on behalf of Location Manager or Market Manager, as applicable
- Execution of the service
- Market/locational cost control
- Ensure smooth running of market/location agenda across multiple locations, booking platforms and regulatory environments
- Locational oversight for the provision of service through internal support functions
- Responsible for adherence to core the bank and specific market/locational regulations
- Overall headcount budgeting and monitoring and ensuring correct market/location/cost centre alignments
- Human capital management inclusive of graduate/embark, resourcing, performance management
- Overall responsibility and oversight for cross border sales management across the location/market
- Ensuring that appropriate processes and controls management for respective jurisdictions
Profil
Professional experience :
- Entrepreneurial, commercial, pro-active, independent and ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong customer knowledge; proposition experience; strategic thinking, creative, and sales orientation to understand and capture front office demand requirements
- Strategic planning and project delivery experience
- Domain knowledge and experience working in Front Office, product manufacturing / assembly and back office functions
- Team work, people management, and experience working with Senior Management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at various levels to influence cooperation and drive delivery.
- Expertise in working with various functional competencies to deliver key growth and change initiatives
Academic and professional qualifications :
- Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management experience
- Good knowledge of the wealth management industry including customer experience, customer servicing, investment management, banking, credit core processes and platforms
- Working experience with a leading Management Consulting and/or Financial Services Firm
- MBA or graduate degree from a leading University
- Working across international locations
