Our client, one of the leading brands within their field of luxury products, is currently looking for a Head of Marketing/Marketing Director.
The candidate will be responsible to lead the marketing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Research and Analysis
- Marketing Strategy (Communication, Branding, POS, etc.)
- Organisational Management and Leadership of Department
- Analysis of new product areas for expansion
- Marketing budget
- Communication Strategy: External Communication, Internal Comm., PR, advertising, other communication tools: events, sponsorship, co-branding, celebrities, co-ordination of brand-look at POS and all public appearances
- Implementation Planning
- Supervision of all text and visual materials, catalogues, photo shooting, advertising, etc.
Profil
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- University degree, major in marketing a plus
- Ideally 10+ years of marketing experience having worked for an international watch/jewellery, fashion accessory, fashion and/or luxury brand
- Creativity, taste
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, inside and outside the department
- A track record of leading a marketing team
- Perfect in English, fluent in French, other languages welcome
- Extensive contacts to journalists, networking experience with non-standard communication tools (e.g. celebrities, creative use of Internet, special events, co-branding, sponsorships).
