Our client, a leading multinational company from the FMCG/food sector, is currently recruiting an Innovation and Development Marketing Manager for the Middle East.
Poste
Reporting to the Marketing Director Near and Middle-East, your role will be to support the marketing teams across NME and coordinate key processes to ensure focus and delivery (brand planning, innovation projects):
- Manage brand planning processes and Innovation processes for the NME region.
- Support Business Development in the region (closely with HQ).
- Provide marketing support to the regional countries.
- Ensure training is provided.
- Set up and organize Marketing meetings and activities throughout the region.
- Manage a team of 2 Project Managers (profiles: Senior Product Managers).
Profil
Bachelors degree in Economics, Business or Masters, ideally with a Marketing specialization.
Minimum 7 years of successful track record in the field of marketing within the FMCG sector (ideally food) with proven results on brand management in an international environment.
As Senior Brand Manager, he/she has driven a brand with high level of empowerment, has led equity & communication process and led innovation launches.
Entrepreneurship oriented, as well as organizational skills.
Strong marketing skills including full marketing mix, consumer research, consumer insights, concept development.
Fluent English language is a must. French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic would be a plus.
Position based in Dubai (expatriate package offered).
