Job Summary :
KACE, the manufacturer of the popular KACE family systems management appliances, was acquired by Dell earlier this year. The rapidly growing product line is now known as Dell KACE and is being sold by the SMB, Large Enterprise and Public business units within Dell, as well as Dell Channel Partners.
Responsible for selling the Dell/KACE specific line of products and services via telephone to customers in France Small and Medium business. Focus on managing relationships with retention accounts while developing new relationships with acquisition customers. Provide technical and administrative information and price quotes. Provide updated marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the KACE product specialist/subject matter expert within the Dell team within France. Training and supporting the Dell sales teams and Dell channel partners selling to the French markets relating to KACE. Responding to inbound or placing outbound customer call, determining needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions. Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users. Forecast attainment utilizing segment provided reporting tools. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers at to increase exposure of products and services. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
Profil
Qualification :
Applicants will have a successful track record in selling software and/or other technology solutions. Applicants should be self-motivated with a high attention to detail. An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must. Candidates need to be familiar with computers and technology and comfortable using the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Outlook. Applicants need to be comfortable working with others and in a team environment. Applicant must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results.
Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
2-3 years of technology sales experience.
3-5 years of related, industry or segment experience.
Experience with systems management and virtualization a plus
College degree or equivalent
Fluent in English and French
