For one of our clients, a strong actor in the Master Franchise & Franchise retail sector, we are currently looking for a Marketing Director.
Poste
The successful candidate will :
- Develop and lead all international marketing initiatives of the company
- Lead the new identity global implementation
- Coordinate the new shop concept roll-out
- Plan, direct and manage marketing efforts, including approval of annual marketing plans
- Monitor the competitive landscape in the category and develop strategies which exploit in-market opportunities
- Provide a complete 360 degree marketing mix toolbox
- Review and approve copy and packaging changes
- Deliver the store marketing programs across the markets
- Audit, document and ultimately improve the customer journey throughout their retail portfolio to bring greater consistency as well as ensuring all key touch points are addressed and add value to the customers' experience
- Work closely with the international marketing and communication manager
- Budget management
Profil
- At least 7 years' experience in the retail marketing field
- Good understanding of all marketing practices including some knowledge of working across/within multiple markets
- Experienced and comfortable with all parts of the marketing mix
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Creative, flexible, use of own initiative, able to work in time pressured environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Master degree in marketing, business management or any related field
- At least 15 years' experience in the franchising and master franchising retail marketing field.
- International experience
- Good understanding of all marketing practices including some knowledge of working across/within multiple markets
- Experienced and comfortable with all parts of the marketing mix
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Creative, flexible, use of own initiative, able to work in time pressured environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- French and English is a must, Spanish or Portuguese an advantage
