Our client, a leading multinational enterprise from the FMCG/food sector, is currently recruiting a Near Middle Easter Marketing Manager M/F.
Poste
The Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Marketing Director Near and Middle-East, and will be managing a product portfolio and will have 3 direct reports. He will be responsible to further develop the brand in Near and Middle East to feed group growth.
Doing that he will have to:
- Define brand strategic level: strategic vision, risks/opportunities, strategic axes & objectives
- Control & improve its brand P&L
- Manage advertising and media agencies
- Build and implement the yearly Marketing plan.
- Develop (Lead or support) brand positioning & copies.
- Give market vision & accurate analysis.
- Ensure consistency of trade marketing activities vs brand
- Define the group brand strategy & plans taken into account the Near and Middle-East specificities.
- Lead media plan of the brand
- Builds & follow the brand budget.
- Ensure Near and Middle-East good marketing understanding & consumer knowledge.
- Ensure innovation process takes into account Near and Middle-East specificities
- Drive needed consumer studies with study department
- Ensure marketing reporting.
- Manage team and develop team members.
Profil
Academic degree in Economics, Business or Masters degree, ideally with a Marketing specialization.
At least 10 years of successful track record in the field of marketing within the FMCG sector with proven results on brand development in an international environment.
Strong marketing skills including full marketing mix, consumer research, consumer insights, concept development.
Fluent English is a must. French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic would be a plus.
Position based in Dubaï (expatriate package).
