Poste
The purpose of the role is to provide globally aligned Medical Information content for a sub-region of the International Region, for one or multiple products. Reporting to the Director International Medical Information (solid line) and Sub-Regional Medical Director (dotted line), you will drive MedInfo compliance and efficiency.
You are responsible for:
- Intake, processing, and response to unsolicited medical / scientific enquiries from health care professionals, patients and internal staff related to the products
- Investigate local regulations of each country in close collaboration with legal and regulatory
- Establish processes according to laws and company requirements (eg link between med info and Safety)
- Review of materials as per SOPs
- Partnering with international HQ Medical Information to ensure regional /global alignment of content
- Providing reports and metrics
- Monitoring local adaptation and usage of standard content
- Contributing to the development of region-wide processes, SOPs, and best practices
Profil
- Minimum: MSc in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, preferred PharmD/PhD in
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated experience and track record in managing and delivering Medical Information
- Regulations and codes affecting Medical Information
Development and delivery of customer-focused and compliant Medical Information content
- Pharmaceutical product development, product lifecycle and commercialization process
- Broad scientific knowledge and specific knowledge at least in one relevant therapeutic area (basic knowledge of all TAs highly desirable)
- Languages: English & French: full proficiency oral and writing. Arabic an asset
