We are looking for a Project Controller for our Sweden operations.

Under the supervision of the Country Controller, you will be responsible for the financial governance of a portfolio of projects. You will be the finance representative for Asset Life Management service line. You will also be responsible for the preparation and analysis of all financial data including monthly financial results, cost analysis, financial projections, risk and opportunity analysis as well as cash inflows and outflows.
Role Profile:
The ALM (Asset Life Management) Project Controller helps ensuring the focus and visibility towards the achievement of financial goals of the service line. The Controller monitors and reports all required information regarding specific projects and supports project management teams with:
- Close monitoring and management of invoicing and add-on sales
- Establishing pricing of all additional work or variation orders
- Strong controlling of material and labor spending
- Ensuring accurate estimate of margin at completion of each project within ALM portfolio
- Reporting of projects' cash position and if relevant definition of corrective actions
- P&L responsibility for all ALM projects
- Balance sheet management (warranty, inventory, provisions etc.)
- Strong Risk and Opportunity management on P&L and B/S related items.
Role Challenges:
- Knowledge of work environment within a large international manufacturing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to business partner with a wide range of functions
- Strong governance role within the organization (SOX compliance, Internal BT governance standards)
Profil
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration
- Fluent English, Swedish (strong asset)
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP (asset)
