Manpower VALENCIENNES CADRES INGENIERIE is seeking for an experienced ES&H Manager for a site based operation.

Location: Niger

You will be working for one of the French major player in electrical, electronical and IT activities.

Main job duties:

+ Develop, integrate and implement all aspects of project-related Environmental, Safety, and Health, processes, plans, procedures, systems, methods and policies critical to the success of ES&H
+ Ensure that complex requirements are properly interpreted by evaluating and applying appropriate ES&H principles
+ Formulate scopes of work, plans, and methodologies suitable for achieving and maintaining compliance with ES&H requirements
+ Provide technical assistance and supervisory direction to other safety and/or health project personnel.
+ Identify resources needed to implement the ES&H programs/plans.

Requirements:
Prior practical work experience in environmental, safety and/or health or typically has ten (10) years of ES&H or project related experience.
Good computer skills with advanced use of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Office.
