Our client, one of the leading brands within their field of luxury products, is currently looking for a Sales Director / Head of Sales.
The candidate will be responsible for heading the Sales team, composed of 6 Area Sales Managers and 3 Sales Assistants. The candidate will be based in Monaco.
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for the company.
You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership. Your specific duties are likely to include:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans.
- Manage the Sales team
- Delivering sales by developing relationships with partners
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximizing new business development opportunities
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Provide direction to your department
- International travels are required.
Profil
Skills and Interests
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- At least 10 years of sales experience in domestic and/or duty free markets, ideally with jewellery/watch brand or an International luxury fashion brand
- Specific industry contacts and network
- Good business sense
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Fluent in English, good level of French helpful, additional language a plus.
Rémunération et Avantages :
Annual package is composed of Fix Salary + Commission on Sales + End of year bonus
