Poste
As a scientific support specialist you provide scientific support to customers and field personnel regarding all aspects of Lonza Research Solution products and technologies. This support is mainly in form of telephone calls or emails. In addition you provide customer-site demonstrations, seminars and troubleshooting of customer problems. You perform scientific product trainings for Lonza employees and distributors. The position carries with it the need to support marketing campaigns through office activities and, as needed, the participation in scientific meetings. To collect customer feedback to assist in the development of business and marketing plans is also part of the responsibilities.
Profil
PhD in life sciences with a strong background in cell culture and transfection, general working knowledge of molecular biology
1–2 years of experience in life science industry a plus
Business fluent in English and French
Excellent communication, interpersonal and strong problem solving skills
Customer contact experience preferred
