For our client, the leader in the Internet Infrastructure Services, we are recruiting a Vice President & General Manager.
Poste
- Manage the global international business operations, overseeing business activities outside of the United States and Canada including marketing programmes, development of new offerings and contracting with customers and vendors
- Be involved in the design and implementation of the company's international business strategy along with the management of the day-to-day operations
- Support the Account Management team in significantly improving the strategic and business relationships with the top strategic partners in EMEA
- Success will be measured by a combination of growth in revenue from the company's full service offering, creating advocates within the CXO leadership at these top EMEA accounts, developing strategic opportunities beyond the current offerings and successfully managing the resources needed to generate a high customer satisfaction level.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serve as a director and manager of the European & Swiss legal SA entity
- Cross matrix management of marketing, CRM, inside sales, customer support and executive management to achieve goals
- Develop and implement business strategies related to the company's strategic goals
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with senior executives across functional areas
- Understand competitive strategies and leverage information to support the efforts in region
- Gain knowledge and insight to Customer's business priorities and challenges and propose solutions to address these needs
Profil
Profil recherché :
- BS/BA degree is required
- At least 15 years experience in high tech industry
- Business analytical skills and succinct executive reporting
- Relationship management at CXO level
- Negotiating and networking skills
- Cultural awareness
